A former holiday home for workers at the Clarke's shoe factory, this alpine style chalet stands on the brow of a hill, overlooking Glastonbury Tor. It offers simple accommodation in its own, lawned grounds.
The fitted, self-catering kitchen leads directly into the dining room/lounge. The kitchen contains a domestic cooker, 4-ring gas hob, grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for 28 people. Tea towels are provided.
A maximum of 20 people to share rooms of 2x3, 4x4 and 1x6 beds. All bedrooms have washbasins and are located on the ground, first and second floors. All bed linen is provided.
For 20 cars in a public car park, 100m away.
Seats 28 with an additional 10 soft chairs.
There are 2 showers and 3 toilets, please be aware that all toilets are located on the first floor. Please bring your own towels.
There is a garden, payphone and central heating. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available.
This property is suitable for children under the age of three years.

YHA Street From Street, take the Somerton road (B3151) south for two miles.
Turn right at the Marshall Elms crossroads signposted for Bridgwater A39.
The hostel is 500 yards on the right.
If you're using a Sat Nav please enter the location as 'Street', the road name as 'Cockrod' and select 'Marshall Elms Cross Road', don't use the hostel postcode
