A converted Welsh farm house tucked away beneath the Talybont Reservior. With plenty of small rooms, a cosy lounge with log burning stove and rustic dining room this is a lovely retreat while still being close to amenities, pubs and in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.
Full self catering kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing up basins and including all crockery and cutlery.
A maximum of 25 people to share 6 x 4, 2 x 3, 1 x 2 and 1 x 1 bedded rooms.
Space in the hostel grounds for 10 cars.
Dining room and lounge
The lounge can seat 17 people in comfortable chairs and has a log-burner, TV, DVD/ Video player and many board Games. The dining room can seat 30 around 10 tables and also has a log burning stove (logs provided) – it also has a picture window looking out across the valley.
With the exception of one room all the others are en-suite or have a private shower room. There is communal toilet and shower on the corridor by the room. Please bring your own towels
Heating is a combination of storage heaters, central heating and two log burning stoves. This property is suitable for children under the age of three years.

Cantref Adventure Farm, Llangorse Rope Centre, Tretower Court & Castle, Market towns of Brecon and Crickhowell, Hay-on-Wye – Town of bookshops, Great area for walking, mountain biking (hire available locally) & canoeing.

From Brecon or Abergavenny take the A40. Take the turn signed to Talybont on Usk. In the village turn right at the T junction, opposite the post office turn left over the canal bridge.
Follow the signs for Talybont resovoir, turn left onto the dam wall and then left on the track to Danywenallt.
