YHA Lulworth Cove is a single storey, cedar timber clad building. The hostel is in a cul-de-sac in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views across the rolling hills. Surrounded by views of the Dorset hills, it is only a one mile walk to the famous Lulworth Cove. For activity breaks, the South West Coastal Path passes close by, or if you are on a cheap family break, the kids will like Tower Park Leisure Centre, Monkey World, or the nearby Tank Museum. Dorset is one of UK’s oldest and favourite holiday destinations and has no shortage of tourist attractions. With an abundance of stunning scenery both rural and coastal.

The self-catering kitchen is well equipped with three twin burner and grill stoves, one domestic oven, one large fridge, one small chest freezer, one microwave, two toasters, two kettles and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for guests to use during their stay. Tea towels, bin bags, washing up liquid and soap are provided.
Dining room and lounge
The dining room includes seating for 30 people and forms part of the open plan self-catering kitchen. There is a small but cosy lounge area with comfortable seating for 16 people and plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. Highchairs are also available.

YHA Lulworth Cove includes 34 beds:
Two four-bedded rooms. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
Two five-bedded rooms. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 single bed. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
Two six-bedded rooms. Includes 3 sets of bunk beds. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
One four-bedded room with en-suite. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds.
All bedlinen is provided.
There are 4 showers and 4 toilets throughout the hostel. Soap is available with every sink. Toilet paper is also provided.
Go rambling or cycling along the South West Coast Path and take in the pretty coastal views.
Take a day trip to Lulworth Castle- perfect for history lovers.
Visit the Arne Nature Reserve RSPB. A special landscape where you can enjoy the vast open heathland with an opportunity for bird watching.

Check-in and Check-out times
On the day of arrival, the Hostel is available from 4.00pm. On the day of departure you are asked to vacate by 10am.
The Jurassic Coast is one of the finest natural wonders of England. As a world heritage site, Lulworth Cove is the ideal getaway for relaxing seaside getaways with your loved ones.
Enjoy the beautiful Dorset landscape, rolling hills and green for miles and miles. YHA Lulworth Cove makes the perfect start and end point for your coastal adventures, offering the South West Coastal Path close to the hostel and only a mile walk to Lulworth Cove itself. For families, the nearby Monkey World or the Tank Museum are great places for the little ones, and for older children and adults, you can enjoy a whole range of water sports, including sea kayaking, coasteering, and mountain biking.
The car park is in front of the building and there is space for 11 cars or 2 minibuses. There is no space for coaches.
From the B3070 in Lulworth Cove, turn opposite the Castle Inn into School Lane. Continue to the end of school lane and the hostel is the last building on the right.

Please note: the hostel manager lives onsite, within the hostel building with separate access routes.
