For the foreseeable future, YHA Manorbier Main Building will operate on an Exclusive Hire basis only. If you are interested in staying for a purpose which you believe is within current government regulations, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

In making a booking with YHA (England & Wales) you are agreeing to adhere to the relevant government guidance that will apply at the time of your stay. A modern, single storey building set in its own grounds 300 metres from the cliffs, YHA Manorbier enjoys a superb coastal location with views to Caldey Island. This cliff top hostel offers fabulous ocean views, coastal paths and sandy beaches that are popular with surfers and children. This is a great spot for a family seaside holiday, group break or weekend escape.

There is a large, modern self-catering kitchen off the dining room. The kitchen contains two-four burner gas hobs, one large range cooker with six burners and three oven compartments, one oven, one microwave, two fridges and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery for guests to using during their stay. Tea towels, bin bags, washing up liquid and soap are provided.
Please be aware that YHA Manorbier operate a café onsite at weekends, open 10am – 4pm. During these times Exclusive Hire guests will be sharing the dining room with café customers.
Dining room and lounge
The large dining room, with views out to sea, has seating for 50 people. The lounge has seating for 20 people to sit and relax after a day’s exploring. Wi-Fi is available at this property which is free of charge for guests to use. Highchairs are also available.
The hostel boasts large grounds, ideal for the little ones to let off some steam.

YHA Manorbier includes 46 beds:
Four six-bedded rooms. Includes 3 sets of bunk beds. With shared bathroom facilities.
One eight-bedded room. Includes 4 sets of bunk beds. With shared bathroom facilities.
One four-bedded room with en-suite. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds.
One four-bedded room. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds. With shared bathroom facilities.
One six-bedded room with en-suite. Includes 3 sets of bunk beds.
All bedlinen is provided.
There are 7 showers and 7 toilets throughout the hostel. Soap is available with every sink. Toilet paper is also provided.
With over 950km of trails, walking and cycling is a great way to appreciate the stunning scenery, wildlife, and history of the park, right on the hostel doorstep.
Church Doors Cove and Beach is a great location for family exploring. There is a large natural arch and caves along the steep cliffs.
Pembroke Castle fortress is filled with endless passages, tunnels, and stairways, just waiting to be explored.
Need to know
Tenby is the perfect place for a seaside getaway. The town has just the right balance between modern updates and its old heritage, making this seaside town a great holiday for all the family. Take a trip to Tenby Castle and explore the ancient ruins, sail along the coast and the islands on a cruise or speedboat or discover the Pembrokeshire National Park on two feet or two wheels, with endless panoramic views. It’s a sight to definitely capture in your memory.
There are plenty of eateries dotted around the town, so you can grab a bite to eat after a day exploring the pretty surroundings.
There is large car park with plenty of space for 30 cars at the hostel.
From Tenby follow the A4139 to Pembroke. Turn left at the junction to Manorbier onto the B4585. By Skrinkle Housing Estate and bus shelter turn left, this is signposted to the hostel and the Royal Artillary range. Pass the children’s playground on your right and on the mini roundabout go straight on. By the Artillary base turn left and the hostel is on the end of that road.
YHA Manorbier welcomes dogs! Add a dog to your booking at check out and bring your four-legged friend along with you.
At YHA Manorbier we strive to cater for everybody. We have bedrooms on the ground floor which have step-free access; these do not meet modern standards of accessibility. We do have a bathroom with shower which has been adapted for wheelchair users. We also have:
