For the foreseeable future, YHA Port Eynon will operate on an Exclusive Hire basis only, with contact-free check in.

Situated on the most southerly point of the Gower peninsula, YHA Port Eynon promises breath-taking views of the surrounding bay, with an award-winning beach on the doorstep. It offers comfortable accommodation with breath-taking views across the bay. Port Eynon itself is an idyllic village with a fun family feel and plenty to keep the kids entertained.

The self-catering kitchen leads directly into the dining area. The well-equipped kitchen contains two ovens, one microwave, two toasters, two fridges, one small freezer, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils for guests to use. Tea towels, bin bags, washing up liquid and soap are provided.
Dining room and lounge
The dining room seats 28 people at tables and chairs. The cosy lounge is located on the first floor and has soft seating for 18 guests. The lounge has magnificent views and a wood-burning stove, perfect for winding down after a day’s exploring. Highchairs are also available.

YHA Port Eynon includes 28 beds:
One four-bedded room with en-suite. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds.
One three-bedded room. Includes 1 double bed with sink bunk over. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
One five-bedded room. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 trunkle bed. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
One six-bedded room. Includes 1 double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
Three two-bedded rooms. Includes 1 set of bunk beds. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
One four-bedded room. Includes 2 sets of bunk beds. With sink and shared bathroom facilities.
All bedlinen is provided.
There are 4 showers and 4 toilets throughout the hostel for guests to use. Soap is available with every sink. Toilet paper is also provided.
Explore Afan Forest. Hire a mountain bike or bring your own and discover what off-road biking is really like.
Body boarding in Port Eynon Bay is a must. Hire your wetsuit and body board direct from the hostel, head down to the beach and let the water fun begin.

Check-in and Check-out times
On the day of arrival, the Hostel is available from 4.00pm. On the day of departure you are asked to vacate by 10am.

Parking at YHA Port Eynon is allocated on a slip road where permits are required to be collected on arrival from reception. Please note this is a shared parking area with room for up to 8 cars.
Follow the brown and white tourist signs for Gower, then the A4118 for Port Eynon. Follow the road down to the car park at the beach, then walk down the track signposted to the hostel.
